You tech got to the bottom of our car's problem and corrected it.

These guys may have a wait to get in, but they have a wait for a reason. They are super professional, very upfront, and on time. Super happy with them. I did have something come up where I needed quicker service, so I went to another mechanic (Ruben's auto) in the area and while they took me in the next day, my car sat there for 3 days before they touched it, then messed around with it for 2 more days, and then they recommended a service that I didn't actually need! They wanted a full brake service, when I really just needed to replace the brake pads (easy to do myself). They wanted $471 for the job and I did it myself for $30. They also pulled out a wire from my stereo and didn't put it back, and left more lights on in my dash than when I came there! Oswald's fixed it all up for me and now I'm running good.

As always the service was excellent and the price was fair. They even had it completed 2 days before expected.

Josh did an extraordinary job of helping me address not one but two urgent problems today; I had two vehicles with dead batteries. The repairs were unplanned but Josh worked me into his schedule and repaired both vehicles this afternoon. The battery installations took less than 20 minutes each to complete. Usually when I call to make an appointment at Oswald's I have to book at least two to four weeks in advance. It is ironic because when I brought one vehicle in for service in September Nick informed me that the battery was degrading and would need to be replaced. Next time I'll take his advice sooner than later. I also appreciate the extended three year warranty that Oswald offers on it's batteries. I've researched other options in the area and Oswald's warranty is the best I've found. Thanks again for the great customer service!
