We live out of state. Our son who attends college in Rexburg had his truck break down on the way to school. We called around to get a referral for a good mechanical shop. Oswald’s were highly recommended. We left it there on a Saturday when they were closed. They had a great “drop-off” set up. All of my communication with them has been over the phone. Jesse was my contact there. Everything went as discussed and expected, even though the work was quite extensive. I felt that they treated us in a very kind, honest and professional manner! I definitely recommend them!

Great customer service!

I come here to get most of my vehicle work done and have always had a great experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the prices are extremely fair. The only time I don't bring my vehicle here is when Oswald doesn't offer the particular service or because I have warranty stuff that needs to get done through a dealership.

I went to Oswald's for a second opinion on an alignment problem and their quote was nearly half the price of their competitor. I also had a oil leak problem. Their competitor only found one leak whereas Oswald's was able to find three and repaired all three for less than their competitor quoted for one. They gave me a ride home so I didn't have to wait in their Lobby for hours and pick me up when it was done. Nick & Josh at the front always listen very carefully to my questions and answer everything thoroughly. They even vacuum the inside of my cab and cleaned my window. Their work is very professional and guaranteed. I highly recommend their service.
