They were very courteous. They checked things out for me and referred me on and didn't even charge me.

This was my first experience with Oswald Service Inc. and I have to say, it was excellent. Steve, Nick and all the guys are friendly and professional. They took me out and showed me what the problem was with my car and it wasn't near as bad as I thought it was going to be. They are honest and didn't try to tell me there were problems that weren't there. (Being female, I've had that done to me more often than not). The prices are great too!! If I ever have any more problems with my car, Oswald will now be my go to shop. I won't take my car anywhere else.

I have used Oswald's several times in the past and they have always been upfront about cost and estimated time for repair. This last repair was due to a storm damage. When I couldn't even get a hold of my insurance they got it taken care of immediately. Good prices and more importantly quality work. I might seem biased due to the same last name but they have always done right by me. Just went back in service was good. Job was almost exactly as quoted and done before the end of the day.

Everyone there was so nice and professional. They answered all my questions, and were incredibly knowledgeable. We had a bigger repair done and they kept me up to speed on everything they were doing. I highly recommend them!

They are busy because they are so good so there is a wait to get your car in but it's worth it.
