It’s simple to make an appointment online, arrive, and they are ready to service my car. They are thorough, professional and friendly. The shop is spotless. I would not take my car anywhere but Oswald!

Rather than replace the brake rotors or even the brake pads on all four, they said the front were fine and only the back needed replaced. Also, they inspected the entire car and said it needed a serpentine belt replacement and nothing else. At 110k miles, I would expect at least one belt would need replaced. Did not soak me for services that their inspection said were not needed (front brakes replaced or wheel bearings replaced)!!

Wow. Came in here with a failing alternator during a big road trip. Jake and Jesse were incredibly professional and honest and they got us back on the road again. I HATE auto shops and honestly this was the best experience I’ve had. Wish we lived here permanently because they would be my go to auto shop!
