As a customer for the past 5 years, I can say I have always been pleased with Oswald's. They are efficient; they get me in and out in a day. They always give me a quote before the work is done, so I am not surprised by the expense. I've never had any issues with their repairs. They have the best customer service because they are helpful and honest. They are really organized because their garage is clean, and they keep good records of repairs done, as well as what your vehicle needs done. I also like their key drop so you can leave your vehicle after hours as long as you have an appointment.

Went there to check the brake shutter. The technician was honest about what he found. It's better to ask the details of inspection. Was told it might be caused by the uneven front rotor by the store front representative first because I said the steering wheel vibrates. Later, the technician drove the car and found out it might be due to the tire balance. Free inspection. Will come back for regular services.

Oswald's Auto Repair has got to be one of the best auto shops in the region honest and professional went above and beyond for me I've dealt with the Rexburg and Idaho Falls shops both are outstanding

They were fast with getting a cv axel replaced. Unfortunately they didn’t understand how to adjust my camber for the alignment properly. They blamed the lift even though I have adjustable upper control arms which have the ability to correct the camber. For basic repairs I’d recommend.

These guys are great they always deal fairly with me and take the time to show me and explain everything they’re doing. They’ve been absolutely awesome.
