Rexburg and Idaho Falls Auto Repair

This place is terrible! I went in probably 6 months ago to get my car checked because it was squealing really badly. They gave me a diagnostic and said there was oil leaking onto my bet causing it to wear faster than it should and squeal, spraying the oil throughout my engine. I got it repaired with them and halfway through the repair, they called me saying they forgot to order a part that was crucial for the repair and it would take one more day for it to get there and repair. I obviously said do it so they could get it fixed. This also made the repair a lot more than they quoted me and take longer than they said it would take. I also took my car in the day before to drop it off and get it ready for the next day to get repaired and they were extremely rude saying I couldn't drop it off that day. I have done this before with other mechanics if I am busy that day and there was never an issue. I eventually was able to drop it off but they were extremely rude. That's not even the worst part of it. 2 weeks later after my repair, my car starts squealing again, doing exactly what it was doing before and I called and they said they replaced everything that was wrong with it and it shouldn't be squealing. Well I know what I'm hearing and it definetly was squealing and evident that they didn't do anything to fix my vehicle. I will never be going here again. Terrible customer service and didn't fix my vehicle at all.

My experience was awesome. I was taken care of in a timely manner. The service at the desk was excellent. My car is running great. I loved that I was told about my brakes could be getting worn and to keep watch. I will be going to Oswald for my oil changes so Jesse can keep an eye on my brakes. Love the place. 5 stars from me! I have taken my truck to Oswald's several times. They are really good to work with, and so far have been honest with me about.thenrepairs they have done and how much it will cost. A lot of places lie through their teeth and stick you with a huge bill at the end Oswald's hasn't. I will continue to bring my vehicle in for servicing here.
