We heard good things about Oswald Service and decided to give them a try for an issue with our 2010 VW Beetle. The staff were very nice to talk with, honest about appointment availability, and (after we had the car towed to their shop) actually got it in the afternoon before our appointment was scheduled. My wife and I both agree the cost for the repair was very fair and the staff could not have been nicer. The next time we have an issue, we'll take our vehicle to Oswald Service.

The people at Oswald's are always professional and courteous. Honesty is a huge deal when deciding on car repairs, and these guys always give it straight. Getting things done correctly, the first time and on time. They've earned me as a customer for life!

I was really impressed with these guys! The guy at the front desk was really friendly, helpful and professional. I had a number of things going on with my car and they did a great job fixing it up. I had a similar repair done a year ago and the price here (with 2 extra services done) was probably $200 cheaper than what I had done a year ago somewhere else. I heard good things about Oswald recently and they definitely live up to they’re high rating!

Being new in town and having an emergency problem with our vehicle we searched online for a repair shop. We saw that Oswald had many 5-star reviews so scheduled an appointment with them. Despite their being very busy that day, they took our vehicle in, were able to properly diagnose it the same day, acquire the parts (which we thought might be difficult), repair the vehicle and have it back to us the next day. The vehicle now is safe and runs great, all at a very reasonable price. Their customer service (from everyone we encountered at Oswald) showed that they honestly care about providing customers a quality experience. Based on our previous experiences for many years at many different repair shops back home, this was a breath of fresh air to say the least.
