This place is awful. I have gone here before just to get my car serviced and they said I needed to replace multiple other parts on my car, that were totally fine. I called to ask a simple question and get a price on something, instead of getting an answer I had to listen to an employee drone on about how women don't know what they are talking about when it comes to cars. I was shocked at how rude and disrespectful he acted towards me, all apparently because I am a women. I will never go here again and I will tell others never to go here because the service is so poor and they have no idea what they are doing.
Gracie, we are completely flabbergasted about your experience! This is not in our nature at all, in fact, one of our owners is a woman and is very sensitive to this and Oswald Service not acting this way.
