A worn out battery was replaced on short notice. The organization is well run with very capable personnel serving the customers.

I felt comfortable allowing them to look at my vehicle. They are reliable ant true to their word on how long the inspection would take. I will be taking my vehicle to them in the future.

Had an issue with our daughters’ older car. We found Oswald to be very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Their inspection was thorough and they didn’t try to sell us on unnecessary repairs. The only complaint was how long it took to get the vehicle in for the repair. (10 days- probably because they are well respected and busy.). They did offer to transport the car to their Rexburg location free of charge. A nice service they offer. Using this option they were able to get us in sooner- 5 days later. We would highly recommend Oswalds.
