Kevin and his people have proven themselves to be honest and trustworthy. I met Kevin when he was working at Bybee’s in downtown Idaho Falls. I liked him then and I determined to follow him. I love his work and the work his people do. I won’t go anywhere else.

Thr repairs my truck needed were a known problem with its particular model and year and were going to be very costly. I appreciate that they were honest and took the time to explain that it's not worth spending the money and why, and that if it was their vehicle they would sell it and start over because there is no permanent fix for this particular problem. I'm sure it would have been better for their bottom line to quote me the cost for repairs and know if the back of their minds I would eventually be back to have the same work done again one day, but instead they gave me an honest assessment of what they would do so I can replace the truck while it still has some value. They have a customer for life.

As well, even if I just need an oil change, Oswald Service will email me a progress report on every area of my vehicle, and they rate the area, such as, "air filter is getting dirty and may need to be replaced next oil change." Professional service at a reasonable price. This is professional service.
