It was PHENOMENAL! They did an oil change, checked all fluids, even sent me pictures of things that needed further attention. My experience here was better than me taking my car to its regular car brand dealership, I will definitely be coming back 😊 thank you Oswald for having such good staff and knowledgeable staff as well!! They were fast, friendly, and repairs were reasonable. I knew exactly what I was paying for. The diagnostic also comes with an inspection (includes pics) that indicates if that area is good / needs to be watched, or needs immediate attention. They also include the repair costs if that area needs attention for future repairs. I am super pleased with my experience and they will be my first call for my vehicle repairs.

I have been using Oswald Svc for at least 20 years starting when Kevin left Bybee’s on A Street and moved in to his Grandpa and Dad’s Svc Station. He and all of the people who work there have always been honest and trustworthy. My automobiles’ longevity attests to their skill and dedication.
