Excellent customer service..cant say enough good stuff about this place. I remember in the past trying to get my vehicle in and there was a long waiting line understandably and I was able to finally get in and have work done on both my vehicles. I will never ever consider another mechanic shop to take my vehicles to.

I do not know anything about cars. The person I spoke to explain to me what was wrong with my car in a way I would understand very nice and great pricing.

I had an interesting predicament with a used vehicle I had just bought. They were able to look at my F150 and figure out what was wrong and fix it within a speedy time. Thought they were very professional and answered all of my questions. I was impressed and didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off like some of the previous mechanic shops I’ve been to.

Had them check out my car after it broke down. Needed exhaust work and a new engine, two taser boxes Oswald themselves do not provide. They got a quote for the exhaust from a muffler shop up the street, called me about it, and brought it in and picked it up for me. They also recommended a couple mechanics in town to do the engine swap. Very professional, just wish they did more in their shop.

Everyone was very kind and super helpful! They were able to check 30 min before closing for us to see if they could fix it really quick and then since the project would take a little longer, they got us in first thing the next day. Super affordable and the staff were very kind and knowledgeable.
