My usual local go-to guy was booked over 2 weeks out and I needed to get the truck back up and running. It had just had its starter replaced a few months ago, and it was starting fine, but was dying immediately (in idle). I don't have a lot of tools or time either and also recognized that I don't have the capability or such to fix whatever it was (I got all sorts of suggestions from folks). So, I got on Google (like you who are reading this probably are now) and just started working through the reviews and made a number of calls. Oswald came up a few times and a good guy from the local Grease Monkey actually told me that I Oswald was the best option. They're pretty close to were I work, anyway, so I figured I'd give them a call. And well, you know you get that feeling when you call a business that if they aren't picking up the phone they're either really hard at work or not bothered about your business. Fortunately, when I had my truck towed there and got myself dropped off by a friend, they restored my overall outlook cause they were busy as heck helping folks as efficiently as possible. Really glad I took the risk of just showing up lol. That being said, I could've waited for a return phone call and it would have been more professional from my end. Anyway, these guys are great, friendly, down to earth and hard working who deserve good clients and have earned a good name for themselves. They found that it was not only my fuel pump that was done but that it was the fuel pump driver module that was the root cause of the issue. These guys pushed themselves to have me my truck back to me before the weekend and they would've succeeded if the needed fuel pump was in stock anywhere around town. I was able to pick it up Monday no problem. Really appreciated the digital inspection that they sent me to review as well. And I understand that I can be difficult to get a hold of myself, so it was really cool of them to text me. Keep up the great work Oswald!
