Oswalds is the BEST! They are honest, organized, and friendly. I have been to so many other shops that take advantage of me for not knowing a lot about cars, but I have never felt that way at Oswalds. I'm a customer for life!
The service manager was very pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable. The work on my car was done in the time frame promised. Got call when work was done and car ready to be picked ip. The service manager provided information on recommended service for my car. This was very helpful.
I recently took my 2001 vw bug in for several maitenence serves the shop was clean well organized the assoviates were very knowledgeable and friendly the report on my vehical was easy to read and I liked that i got a picture vedio of my vehical while it was in the shop it was a great experience I would recomend them to all and will use them again ....

Loved that they send a diagnostic test result right to my phone easly understandable to see what needs to be done to your vehical I felt price was right for all I had done Everyone was friendly shop was clean and organized .....Il go back for any future auto needs

I couldn't be happier with the service and integrity of this company. I have never had a better experience taking a vehicle into a mechanic whether it was through the dealership or private shop. They are honest and fair and while this was my first experience with Oswald, I will be going back to them the next time I need service.
