I have always had great service by Oswald. Today was a little different. When you check in they have a form you fill out so they now what services they are performing for you. However, I filled out the form and they only did one of the things on the form and weren't sure if I wanted the others done, for some reason. Instead of clarifying, they just didn't do it so I had to schedule a whole other appointment to have the other services done.

I really appreciated the list of needs my car has with the top priority noted. I have been very happy. Josh is great!

Our car broke down near Idaho falls but we live in Rexburg. They were able to transport the car to the shop closer to our home and was cheaper repair costs then what was expected from other mechanics.

Our appointment wasn't even scheduled till the 11th. They called and got us in early. Amd had the car done same day. I was shocked. Great customer service.
