I have been going to Oswald’s since I bought my vehicle. They have always provided great service. Just recently, I asked for a specific request (to make sure my vehicle was at their location for service) and they were super accommodating. They did not hesitate and I greatly appreciated it!

Wonderful again as usual. Although it is sometimes a bummer that they are scheduled out so far, they worked me in same day for a new battery. The reason they are so busy is because they do great work and the customer service is top notch!

I love them so much. They document everything they do! They take photos to show you what they're talking about and put them in a report that you can access online at any time! They know what they're doing and don't suggest services you don't need! They do a full and thorough inspection and are honest about what repairs are necessary and what can wait! They work with you on your financial schedule! They offer a free shuttle service! And even better, they get to know you by name. I haven't been this sure of my mechanic since my dad's good friend retired.

I came to Oswald following a road trip when my heat shield unattached from car. I am not from Idaho Falls originally so was nervous to find a trusted place to take my car to. I was so impressed by Oswald Service and how they were thorough, professional, and completed the service within a few hours. Grateful to have found an excellent place to service my car while in transit. Thank you!

AC started blowing warm at a stop. Brought my car in and they couldn’t find any big wrong except the AC being low a few pounds. They recharged it for me and said everything looked fine. Prices seemed fair. Service was good.
