I always leave Oswald feeling well taken care of and that my car is in good shape. The people who work there are so professional and, maybe even more important, they are so kind. I'm grateful for the inspection they always do and the suggestions they give. I really appreciate that they don't pressure you into doing any of it and give you realistic timelines of when you might need something to be taken care of. I plan on being a loyal customer.

I have always been taken care of in a timely and professional matter. Recommendations are also available at the end of service and also emailed. This helps with scheduling needs for service on transmissions and transfer case and other services that they provide. Some of these are not cheap, but knowing that a transmission may needs serviced soon enables you to save up for that service.

They did a fantastic job and were prompt and on time. Their write up gives you a good description of what they did and why. I highly recommend them.

Oswald's in Idaho Falls always answers any questions that I have and take great care of my car. I really like how they provide recommendations of things that need to be taken care of and provide how important or critical it is to get it done. They also provide a quote of what it will cost for services that day and I am able to make any changes before they start working on my car. They always greet me by name when I come in and I only go in every three or four months. I always recommend Oswald's Repair and if they don't offer the service they provide a recommendation of a shop that does. Keep up the excellent work!!
