Rexburg and Idaho Falls Auto Repair

I had electrical problems, they missed it the first time, I took it back, they fixed it and didn’t charge me when I took it back and I took it back a 3 rd time because it was fixed and I didn’t think it was....They showed me it worked ( my stupidity) but still didn’t charge me. I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and 6 vehicles.

Jesse and the guys got me right in and all fixed up. Even cost less than original estimate. They have always done great work for me.

I love coming in! I always dreaded auto shops because everyone is always so busy and unfriendly....but not Oswald's! Even though Nick was busy he still was courteous and friendly and answered all of my questions in a way that made sense and I never feel pressured to fix something if I can't afford it. They just tell me the facts and leave it up to me!
