Oswald's in Idaho Falls always answers any questions that I have and take great care of my car. I really like how they provide recommendations of things that need to be taken care of and provide how important or critical it is to get it done. They also provide a quote of what it will cost for services that day and I am able to make any changes before they start working on my car. They always greet me by name when I come in and I only go in every three or four months. I always recommend Oswald's Repair and if they don't offer the service they provide a recommendation of a shop that does. Keep up the excellent work!!

They said it would be a day or so before they could look at it. Then later that day they called and said that they had looked at it. They we able to get the pieces and fix it that day. Very fast and friendly.
