My family and I were out on a weekend seeing some sites of southeast Idaho when my Excursion decided to leave us stranded...I had it towed into Oswald for repair and like the bratty teenager it is it worked flawlessly for them...that's right, no issues to be found! They spent plenty of time and effort trying to find something wrong but nothing to be found. I was quite pleased with there efforts and friendly attitude as well as there being prompt. I will certainly be returning when my teenager gets fussy next time!

We went in to have an oil leak looked at. The front desk staff was very professional and the issue was quickly diagnosed and since it was minor, they were kind enough to make the adjustment free of charge. They also inspected other parts of the vehicle and printed out a cost estimate for the other repairs we might want to get done. I was impressed with how thorough and organized the whole process was and felt that they were very honest.

Oswald automotive service was very prompt they did exactly what I asked him to do and my vehicle seems to be running just fine right now had a little leakage problem after they fixed it but have not yet seen any further leakage you guys are great if I have any other problems I will definitely bring my vehicle back to you thanks

Truly professional! Dropped my 2015 Honda CRV off for regular service. They did the service, checked out all systems and provided an In-depth evaluation of the vehicle’s condition. Excellent! The car was ready when promised and washed too. These people are the best in Idaho Falls.
