I Just Bought This Pickup used. They did a Great Inspection on Everything. And Let Me Know That the Pickups in Very good Condition. They have been our Choice Since they Opened in Rexburg. And will continue to be.

I sincerely appreciate their honesty and quality of repairs. I feel like I’m getting the truth from Josh when taking about my vehicle. I’ve been told a repair can wait or a repair is likely more urgent and never feel like I am being “sold” an extra repair/part that I have experienced at far to many mechanics in the past. I’ve never felt or thought that here. I really hope they continue to have competent mechanics and honesty when dealing with me as a customer cause I don’t want to have to find a new mechanic shop.

They are honest and will tell you exactly what is happening. I don’t understand cars very well and he took the time to explain to me what the problem was and even showed me where certain problems are located. They are 100% honest and are not trying to scam for more money. Our problem ended up being more complex than originally thought and he gave us a discount because of it. They are all around good people and I 100% recommend them.

I had a gas leak where it caused my vehicle to stop suddenly and stopped the engine from starting. The guys at Oswald were able to quickly diagnose it as being a broken gas line clamp and fixed it fast. They were very professional and very caring toward me and my plight.

I've brought my car in to these guys a couple of times, and I've got nothing but good things to say about the experiences. They are friendly and professional, and work hard to get your car looked at and fixed as quickly as possible. They didn't have any schedule availability for over a week last time I brought my car in, but they got me a diagnosis and quote within 24 hours. The car was back to me in less than a week, and 90% of the wait time was parts shipping. Each interaction with them I feel listened to, they present all the possible options for repair, and don't pressure me into getting unnecessary work done. Their prices are pretty average, but they are honest in their work, which makes the overall value incredibly good.
