I liked the service. I had received a coupon for some service. When I tried to make the appointment, i couldn't do so until after the coupon expired. They still honored the coupon. When I got to the shop, I was taken seriously and met within seconds of walking in the door. We went through the scope of work that was to be done. When I told that the time to completion was farther out than what i had anticipated, I was offered a ride to where I needed to go, which I declined as I wanted to walk that morning. When the work was done, I received an email with an extensive breakdown of what was done and the work that they found that needed to be done. I appreciated that and liked the fact that prices were given with it so that I could see what it would cost. When they called to confirm that that work was done, they asked me if I wanted them to come pick me up and they came to my work and picked me up when I was ready. When I was given my receipt, I was given a print out of the document that had been emailed to me. Very thorough. I had heard a lot of good things about Oswald. Now I know why.
