Went in claim their free 31-Point inspection being that I have a higher mileage 2006 Honda Civic. They didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need, and even mentioned some of the “deficiencies” found are non-urgent but rather just regular maintenance items. Would trust them if services were needed. But for now I just appreciate them taking the time to check out my vehicle as am planning on a long car trip.

The staff was professional and friendly. Took my newly bought Dodge Ram 1500 in to them for their May pot hole special. My truck was looked at and given back to me in a timely fashion. The condition of my truck was explained to me. Then they were able to answer my other routine maintenance questions with courtesy even though they were busy.

I recently purchased a used vehicle and wanted an inspection on it, so that I would know the actual condition of the vehicle. Oswald's scheduled my vehicle and dealt with my wife in a professional manner, helping both us is to feel comfortable with the service provided. The quotes provided for the various deficiencies were reasonable and the inspection was thorough. I would definitely recommend Oswald's to anyone in the Idaho Falls area looking for a shop.
