I took my Subaru Outback to Oswald Service yesterday. Honestly, I could not be more delighted. They took my concerns about COVID-19 and masking and social distancing seriously. I would give them an A+. Communication was terrific. They answered my questions and were professional, friendly and overall excellent. A+ Responsiveness was awesome. They didn't keep me waiting or put me off. Cost/benefit was superb. Compared to other auto repair places I've used I felt their pricing was more than fair. A+.
