We love Oswald! Jessie and the team in Rexburg are so quick to respond and get us in. We take all of our cars there for various kinds of things and they are always responsive and give us an honest assessment. Highly recommend.

Needed an emergency repair. Josh worked me in immediately and got me on the road right away. I have never had a bad experience with Oswald's. The above was posted a year ago and I wanted to add to it. I have been a customer of Oswald's for six or seven years. Kevin the owner and Josh the service manager bend over backwards to provide steller customer service. They will never charge you for unnecessary repairs. They are honest and frankly have at times not charged me for things that I would expect to be charged for. Not only that, but when one of their mechanics made a mistake, Kevin came and got my car after hours on a Friday night and took it to his shop and fixed it for me that night. Anyone can make a mistake, the test is what do they do after making a mistake. For Oswald's it's not a question... they will do what it takes to make it right. Is Oswald's the cheapest shop around? That depends on how you look at it. What they charge for a specific repair is comparable to other shops that do quality work. No they are not as cheap as a fly-by-night mechanic. But since they will never charge for unnecessary repairs, because they guarantee their work, because they have the utmost integrity, I have peace of mind. For me, they are the absolutely best value out there. I don't take my cars anywhere else.

The Oswald crew replaced a defunct alternator and a worn-out battery in my Buick in one day, and even gave me a ride to my home when I dropped the car off and picked me up when it was repaired. They were extremely pleasant through it all, and their charges for parts and labor were very fair. I'll never use another mechanic shop, and will recommend them to anyone who gives me the opportunity. Great service, Oswald's! Thank you.

My van broke down (in a bad way) on the highway this week with all my family in it. I had it towed to Oswald because I had a good experience from them in the past. I called the shop close to 6pm and let them know it was coming, by 9an the next morning they already had it in the shop with all the problems and other non-breakdown related issues fully diagnosed from front to rear. They informed me of exactly what happened and what needed to be done and any potential other problems I might encounter. By early afternoon they had my van back to my family running better than it had in any recent time. They were incredibly fast and convenient. Jesse's communication, professionalism and understanding can't be beat. Overall value is second to none. These guys obviously aren't just mechanics, they are real people helping other people.
