Oswald was great!! They promised a service and a price and even tho it came out a little more they worked with me and gave me the best price possible. I now have heat and excellent customer service, it’s nice to have a mechanic you can trust.

They were honest, quick and fast, and very pleasant to work with. They were fair on price even tho it came out more they lowered it to help me out with the originally quote and now I have heat and can’t thank them enough. Only been here once so I only put a 4 star for now. Also the lights and door ajar are not coming on like they were before and not because of the front passenger door either. If the other doors are not closed good enough it comes on.

Although this was my 2nd visit for the same issue, Josh and the shop took care of my vehicle and resolved the issue. I was kept informed of the progress of repairs and the running total. My payment was accepted over the phone since I worked past the shop closing time and picked up my vehicle after hours. I recommend Oswald Service to all.
