This time coming to Oswald service to have the oil changed in my 2004 Nissan Titan was straightforward. They did a good job. I come to Oswald service based on past experiences. Oswald service has provided exceptional knowledge and compassionate service to me. One time I was driving and there was a situation with my truck I didn't know how to deal with. I pulled over, called Oswald service and talked to Josh Archibald. He kindly listened and gave me some advice which solved the problem. There is no other service station anywhere that has provide me such compassionate service! Also the knowledge of Bart at Oswald's gave me confidence that my truck (120,000 miles on it) could pull our 22 foot travel trailer this summer to Glacier park notwithstanding a little stretch in a chain (I believe) in the transfer case. Bart also identified and fixed an issue with the brake system with unbelievable fairness regarding the cost! I recommend Oswaid service to anyone! Charlie Dietz

I pulled into there shop after my truck had dumped 8 qrts of oil on an 8 hr trip. We still had 19 hrs to drive. The tech was quick to sort the problem. They then pushed back the other work and got us back on the road after a brief few hrs. We were only 1 day late on our trip thanks to the quick and efficient help of staff. Many Thanks and will be happy to recommend this shop as honest and kind. Especially to stranger in town.

A friend referred me to Oswald. After calling several other shops for my head gasket repair, their friendly and knowledgeable customer service won me over. Their prices are fair, and the work was done in a timely manner. I was contacted every step of the way with updates via phone, text, and email! The staff took the time to hear my concerns and answer all my questions, which made me feel more at ease! My car came back to me in great working order, nice and clean around the motor in which they worked, and they made sure they didn’t leave grime and fluids inside my car. Windows were cleaned, 27 point inspection completed, a full work order emailed and printed for me, and smiles and friendliness all along the way! I will definitely be back!
