Although it's never fun to need car repairs, I'm so glad that I took my car into Oswald Service! I had heard a lot of good things about Oswald Service since they built their facility in Rexburg and they lived up to those expectations! They were very honest and trustworthy. I had taken my car into two other mechanics about the same issue and they never solved the issue. Oswald Service did solve it and they did it quickly too! I'd highly recommend them any day. If you want something done right, they will do it! It was seriously the best customer service I've ever received at an auto repair shop too!
These guys are awesome! They excel in timely repairs and they do great work. The greatest thing I could say about them is their honesty and integrity. I can’t count how many times I’ve taken a car to the mechanic and they try to tell me all these things that are wrong with my car, but aren’t. These guys are completely honest and give you a true diagnosis of your car. They’re not here to steal your money. I would 10/10 recommend them.
