Rexburg and Idaho Falls Auto Repair

Every time I take one of my vehicles in it finished on or before the time promised. Their prices are always fair and competitive and there customer service is as good as it gets! Just had an intermittent problem with a vehicle. They worked on it for 4 days without the problem presenting itself. Returned the vehicle and said to bring it back if it happened again and would not take payment. "That does not happen in this day and age! THANK YOU! We will be back!!

I had taken my car into two other mechanics about the same issue and they never solved the issue. Oswald Service did solve the issue and they did it quickly too. I'd highly recommend them any day. If you want something done right, they will do it! It was seriously the best customer service I've ever received at an auto repair shop too!

These guys are awesome! They excel in timely repairs and they do great work. The greatest thing I could say about them is their honesty and integrity. I can’t count how many times I’ve taken a car to the mechanic and they try to tell me all these things that are wrong with my car, but aren’t. These guys are completely honest and give you a true diagnosis of your car. They’re not here to steal your money. I would 10/10 recommend them.
