Oswalds was great! I called them to catch me up on some routine maintenance, and less than 24 hours later the work was done. They also detected a minor leak that I would have not been aware of. Their through examination will allow me to have the leak fixed under the vehicle warranty which could save me hundreds of dollars. The local Grease Monkey missed it last oil change. They communicated great and were willing to pick me up and drop the car off when it was finished. I will be using them in the future! This was at the Rexburg location.

Got in for a general lookup. They offer 32-point inspection for free so I took the advantage. I’d say they pay more attention than AAA stores. The service is great and the staff is friendly. I would recommend this to others.

Best damn car repair in Idaho falls! Super fast and friendly. They do everything from an oil change to whole motors and they won't try to sell you something you don't need. So if you need a good service and your car fixed hit these guys up you won't be let down.

This shop is very neat and the customer service is phenomenal. I appreciated how they documented what I told them about my car. They were very prompt in their service and not only did they fix the problem, they also provided me with other suggested fixes and their quote. I really like their emailed service reminders also. I have to say that prior to being recommended to Oswald's for repairs of my truck I was a bit unsure and had always believed that Les Schwab had cornered the market on service. I was wrong. Oswald's is the face of service. My wife and I were very pleased at the professionalism and genuine care taken by Josh, Nick & the Oswald team, they explained in detail the issues, which helped us to decide what we needed. Our bill came in under estimate and every care was taken to find what was and wasn't necessary in order to keep the bill within our means. The rewards program and warranties were also a huge plus, definitely helped us feel confident of our choice.
