My wife went in for an oil change and didn't ask in advance what the cost would be, thinking Oswald would be competitive with others. They have done other work on our cars and were competitive and the quality was great too. In this case, she paid double for an oil change compared to the last oil change we purchased.

My car had always been serviced by the dealership. Being new to Idaho I asked for recommendations and Oswald was the winner. Their facility is immaculate and the service was timely, professional and better than (less expensive too) the dealership! They are friendly and thorough.

The staff at Oswald Service and Repair are always accommodating to my needs. They do excellent work on our company fleet and I also take in my personal vehicle. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any service needs.

We bought a vehicle in IF and that was our first experience with the Oswald brand as they did a free inspection. We have had a bit of trouble with our other vehicle and we knew just where to take it...Oswalds this time in Rexburg due to it being closer to where we live. They were so kind and honest.
