I have to say that prior to being recommended to Oswald's for repairs of my truck I was a bit unsure and had always believed that Les Schwab had cornered the market on service. I was wrong. Oswald's is the face of service. My wife and I were very pleased at the professionalism and genuine care taken by Josh, Nick & the Oswald team, they explained in detail the issues, which helped us to decide what we needed. Our bill came in under estimate and every care was taken to find what was and wasn't necessary in order to keep the bill within our means. Thank you so much, we'll be continued customers & definitely recommend your services when asked. The rewards program and warranties were also a huge plus, definitely helped us feel confident of our choice.

Jesse and his guys are incredible. I felt comfortable and welcome every time. My wife also appreciated how these guys respected her unlike other places I town that wouldn't take her as serious because she is girl. As side from the customer service, they do great work. Things stay fixed, and the price is always fair. Jesse actually saves me a couple hundred dollars compared to his original quote when he fixed my power steering system.

My experience with Oswald Service has been great! Jesse is very pleasant and professional. I have to say that in all my years of getting wheel alignments done, I am very particular with who I trust. Kevin Oswald is a master at wheel alignments! I have only known two people in my entire life that really know what they are doing when it comes to wheel alignments, and Kevin is one of them. He is really that good. It comes down to trust, and Oswald Service and Repair has certainly earned mine.
