I am very impressed with Oswald's service. They were efficient in checking that every aspect of my car was is good condition before I left on my road trip across America. They informed me of things that may need to be replaced, and physically showed me why. The cost was better than other places I was quoted. The service was incredible! The gentleman working the front counter were prompt in answering my questions and they seemed knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend these guys and I will definitely be bringing my car here going forward.

Full disclosure, I didn’t get my car repaired here. We had a fantastic experience with them customer service-wise and I think that deserves a 5 star review. My car wouldn’t start and my husband and I looked for a shop to tow it to. We called Oswald’s and explained the situation. They were extremely kind and stated they would be able to take a look at it within the next day or two. We ended up getting the car started and were able to take it to a shop closer to our home so we called Oswald’s back and let them know we weren’t coming after all. I was grateful for the awesome customer service we experienced here!

Always a good experience

Oswald's was able to get me in quickly in with my car by reviewing the schedule for both locations. They checked the car when they said that they would and gave me options and advise so that I could make the right decision regarding my car. My car repair cost ended up totaling the car because it was an old vehicle with a lot of miles, so we chose not to have it repaired. I have taken other cars to them in the past and they have done great work at a great price. I would recommend them to anyone.
