This past February, my husband accidentally broke off the wiper wand attached to the steering column of my 1995 Honda. Having a 24 yr old car, I wasn't sure if this was replaceable. When I called Oswald's to inquire, Nick assured me a replacement part was available locally, and, they could get me in the next day. Since we were in the midst of the rain and snow season, i was thrilled they could jump right on it. The next evening we picked up the completed repair. The bill for parts and labor was considerably cheaper than expected. The part looked exactly like the old one and worked great. Just in time for the next day's snowstorm. Thanks Nick. It's always a pleasure working with you and your crew.

They gave me a scheduled time when it was going to be done they actually got it done sooner went into detail to make sure the car was running great and exactly the way it should the price quoted was almost perfect little bit more than what they said but there was more detail into the repair was only five $10 difference very friendly just a great place to go thank you for all that you did I will definitely be back when I need a repair done on either one of my vehicles

I needed a fairly expensive proactive repair done. They didn't necessarily save me a bunch of money but I felt more comfortable with them and their warranty was at 3 years verses 1 at the competition.

I was really dreading getting my car serviced just cause it is such a pain for me to find the time,a ride to and from work. I finally set the appointment cause I couldn't wait any longer. When I walked into the front the young man was very nice and respectful. I told him what was going on with my car, they called me to let me know what needed to be done and how much it would cost. It was nice that he did not nickel and dime me to death, only fixing stuff that needed done right now and not everything that needs done but could wait a little longer, if that makes any since. Thanks guys for being honest and doing a great job, i will be using them again.

Matthew said the staff was great. They were busy and got the vehicle serviced anyway. They were very helpful and did what they said they would do.
