We did end up with a missing bolt on the engine cover when we got home, so we will have to go back and see if they still have our bolt.

I brought several cars to Oswald's to look at before I was agreeing to purchase one of them. Same day service with a 60 point check list for like $45. Honest about what was wrong with the cars and what actually needed to be repaired with a priority list.

Best repair shop in the whole state, bare none... absolutely great customer service, go the extra mile, always willing to listen, and they're great at fixing cars too!!!

In a day and time when dealerships often seem entitled and demanding and have undue waits in their service departments, Oswalds is a breath of fresh air. From the moment they answered my call (and must have used caller ID to immediately refer to me by name and must have looked up my account quickly because they were quickly referencing my vehicle specifically too) Josh was great! Helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that they are so good and popular that there is a little wait to get your car seen. But in the same way that a line at a restaurant usually means that the food inside is good, Oswalds has been worth the wait. Hopefully they can expand soon so that they can help more of East Idaho's car owners.
