Oswald's is great. I trust the staff and mechanics immensely, and I've only ever been treated with kindness and respect. This is the only place in town that I will take my car.

Oswald is great. Everytime we get an oil change they give us a free 31 point inspection, vacuum our car, and wash the windows. Our car feels fresh and that's not even what we go for! The car runs better every time we get the oil changed and they remind us of what repairs should be made soon.

They said they didn't have time to look at my car until 3 days after I left it there, but said they would try to look at it sooner and let me know what it was. They called me the same day and told me they could get it done around the time they close. The price was very good, first time I don't feel I get screwed by a mechanic.

My car hasn't run this great since I purchased it Last year. They even vacuumed it out (long over due) and wiped down my windows. Couldn't be happier especially since I drove all the way from Jackson. The wait was just long/short enough that it was completed after a quick walk and breakfast. Thank you Josh and team!

Needed an emergency repair. Josh worked me in immediately and got me on the road right away. I have never had a bad experience with Oswald's.

They do great work. They don't beat around the bush, they tell you if anything is wrong with your car, their recommendations and ask what you would like them to do. Great customer service.

Hands down I would rate them more than 5 stars if I could. I had called multiple mechanics in IF, and they all tbh, tried to screw me on price and a proper fix. Oswald service didn't even hesitate to tell me what was wrong. They didn't try to, "up" what was needed to repair, and literally charged half the cost of what Les, "shwaaaaaab" (not supposed to say business names, gotta be secret) quoted me. They were so timely when it came to fixing the car. All around amazing atmosphere. Great customer service and desk work. Everyone I talked to was very polite, and honestly. The only place that didn't feel like I was getting ripped off. Great work. Obviously, more than happy with the service I had. I'll recommend you guys to everyone. Thank guys!

About a year ago, I needed some emissions work done on my vehicle while visiting family in Idaho. Idahoans don't generally have to worry as much about their vehicle's exhaust system (well, other than from an environmental perspective), but I live in a region that is regulated for air quality. Kevin and his team were able to fit me in, even with tight notice. I used to visit his and his dad's shop when it was the smaller building down the street. They always took good care of my car then, too. This vehicle ended up with a more costly repair being needed; otherwise I couldn't receive new state issued tags where I am from. They checked the Volkswagen part as well as sourced from two "O.E.M. equivalent" sources to find me the most reasonable price. We ended up needing an extra day to order the part from Denver, but the shop saved me hundreds of dollars. I appreciated they understood that my time was valuable and I wish I could have come in to redeem that flyer for my 100,000 mile manufacturer service recommendation.

Prompt, knowledgeable, fair! Focused on problems and not on trying to do things that aren’t necessary. This is my second encounter with them, they have earned my loyalty as a customer.
