Spoke to Renee. She said the owner Kevin is a sweetheart. He always goes out of his way to help her out when she brings her vehicle into the facility.

Oswald's worked with us to fix our AC. After it was fixed, the next day another line developed a leak but they were closed and we had to head back home to Wyoming as our vacation in Idaho was over. They worked with us and another garage in Wyoming to fix the new problem and replace the freon that had leaked out. We were appreciative of the help they gave us and their willingness to continue to work with us even when we were no longer in the state.

Teresa said that the facility worked with her financially.

Katie said she really appreciated the business. She stated they do their best to get the job done in a timely manner.

We visited Oswald Service and Repair for the first time this week. I am impressed by their ability to communicate and maintain that communication through the repair experience. In all we had 4 phone calls. Each call was pleasant and articulate based on their need for more information, status reports and summary of findings. I enjoyed the experience. A report was produced noting a full inspection of the car. Problem areas were noted. Potential corrective actions were identified with a cost estimate for each. This allows us to plan our car maintenance over the next year so that the vehicle will give us long and safe service. We will return.

Brayden said the staff did really good, and kept him informed. They provided good service and even gave him a ride.
