Once you get a few years on, you realize how hard it can be to find a mechanic who you can trust, who is honest, and who is fair on pricing. Oswald's is amazing!! I have dealt with them on several occasions getting my 2011 RAV4 up to speed. Josh the manager is a people person and very knowledgeable. He is a leader and you can tell the crew respects him. I would not hesitate recommending Oswald's to anyone. Idaho Falls is very lucky to have them.They are sometimes booked out 2-3 weeks in advance (it's worth the wait!) Everyone is always so helpful and friendly here. I'm glad that I have a mechanic I know I can trust to do a good job and do what needs to be done at a reasonable cost.

They are honest upfront and great price

There was a problem with my starter and I needed it to be replaced it was expensive but I knew that would be the case for a starter but they got it done really fast and when I got in the car and noticed a different problem they took the time to figure that out so I really appreciated that.

Everyone at Oswald was awesome. I was back on the road in no time and price was really reasonable.

Service was great. Did locate another problem that will need attention in the near future. Very customer oriented.
