Pros: Great staff, patient, professional. Clean shop and lobby. They have built a good clientele from treating people fairly. I think they run a good business. Cons: For my repair, they were considerable higher on price. Not every shop should try to be the cheapest, I get that. But I needed a radiator replacement, and their quote seemed high. I called two other shops, and both quoted me 35%+ less, saving me almost $1,000. I didn't tell the other shops what the Oswald quote was, I just asked for their quote. Sometimes, I don't mind paying more when I get the peace of mind that the shop will do good work and be fair, but I'm not made of money. I think most of the time they would be close to average on price, but you may want to ask around just to check, depending on the repair you need.
