I simply can't say enough about how amazing it was working with the guys--and gals (Ashley) at Oswald. It has the most authentic family feel i have experienced anywhere. They truly care about their customers. Ashely was quick to respond to my questions and quick to get things in motion. I had a relatively large number of issues that needed addressing and they were able to handle everything. They were professional and prompt. Josh was the original reason i brought my business to Oswald as he is very intelligent, kind, and informative about mechanical issues. I won't be taking my Tacoma anywhere else. They were also able to offer me a military discount which i asked about but was not expecting. I so appreciate when a company thanks a veteran like myself in such a wonderful way.

The technician determined the cause of a check engine light being a bad spark plug. They took several steps to verify this including moving the plug to another cylinder and testing for the issue to follow, which it did, and test driving the truck after replacing the plug to monitor for additional warning signals. Furthermore, they noted the plugs and wires had just been replaced last year and were under warranty so there was no charge. This is typical of the level and quality of the service the we have received at Oswald's over the years - thorough and professional.
