Oswald's was so helpful in their assessment of my car and their service plan. They made sure I fully understood what was going and that I agreeed on before any work was done. I will return for any further needs

The hydraulic lift arm has been broken on our Honda Pilot for an entire year. I finally found the time to drop my car off to have it repaired. I literally sat in the waiting room for less than two minutes. Lesson learned. Don't wait until you have time for Oswald, because they always have time for you!
