Took my truck in for an oil change and to look over a possible issue. It took them a while to nail it down, but they were pretty confident. The rest of the oil change services seem to have been missed. The didn't top off fluids or clean the windows. But other than that it was great as always.

Oswalds provides excellent service, with an apparent goal of getting repeat business, rather than just making money on one visit. A welcome change from others I've endured.

Quick assessment of the issue. Thorough explanations and always leaves the decision to me. Pick up and payment are easy and quick and Josh provides me with more clarifying information in the form of visual aids from the maintenance performed. I am very happy with this visit as with all previous visits. Great job OSWALD TEAM!

I was very happy with my experience at Oswald. They did a very thorough job with my vehicle, and then they were up front and honest about what needed to be fixed and how much it would cost. I felt valued as a customer. I was able to call and ask as many questions as I needed to understand the issues with the vehicle. That was awesome because I am not the best with cars.
