I took my vehicle in there the customer service was amazing they were able to diagnosis the problem with my vehicle in great timing had reasonable pricing so I will be taking all my vehicles back there.

I took my Lincoln in at 8 am and Oswald's diagnosed the problem causing my Lincoln to overheat, ordered the fan assembly to fix the problem, and performed the repair by 1:45 pm. In addition, the mechanic discovered that my coolant concentration was too diluted (I'd added water without enough coolant when the engine overheated) and brought the concentration up to spec even though I'd forgotten to mention the issue. The speed, thoroughness, and friendly service that Oswald's provided was the best I've ever experienced at a repair shop. And Oswald's use of phone, text and email to keep me informed every step of the way was very convenient and helpful. I've found my new one stop shop for all my service needs.

I am really happy I've chosen this car shop. They know what they are doing. I dropped my car for an oil change and an over check. Guys called me within an hour, everything was ready and they found out what was wrong with my car. Will be there back for sure.
