Kevin I brought the vehicle in to get the AC fixed and I was hot under the collar when left. Not mad just warm because it was a hot day. LOL I find the whole situation with the AC kind of comical. Thanks for the help. I will be back. Enjoy working with you and your staff. Have a good laugh. Richard

Kent said the business missed one instruction that he asked, but he has an appointment with the business next Tuesday so the facility can fix what they missed.

I've been taking my vehicles to Oswald Service for many years and don't trust anyone else! They are honest, they diagnose correctly, they back up their work and have been among my greatest allies for the past decade. Gary said he really likes the service from the business. He has been going there for years and will not take his vehicle anywhere else. He is a good businessman and a good mechanic. He is knowledgeable and he has a good staff. Josh is accommodating and polite. They are top notch.

Ted said his experience at this business was very good. The employees were very friendly and gave him a detailed account of what they found. He had confidence in what they told him. They seemed to know what they were talking about. He thought the employee working on his vehicle moved quickly but not hurriedly, paid attention to detail and looked at his vehicle thoroughly. He said he was very happy with the performance. The employee at the front desk was very personable. The price was certainly right. He paid a couple of dollars more than he would have at a Jiffy Lube but he said he felt his vehicle was looked at more thoroughly. He is not from the area, but if he goes back, he would certainly stop by this facility. There is no other business he would consider going to and he will certainly speak well about them to people in town. He was very impressed with them.
