Their repairs are backed by a 2 Year warranty and they will take the time to find the problem with your vehicle. I have had my vehicle in the shop off and on for years with the same problem. Oswald Service thoroughly tested my vehicle and called the trouble shooting line to find the root of my car problem. They also went above and beyond to help me through issues with my vehicles replacement parts. Oswald's high level of customer service is rare to find these days. I highly recommend them as the go to place for your vehicles service and repair needs!

Oswald is a great place to take your vehicle if you are looking for good honest work. They have saved me tons of money over the last few years. When another mechanic said that I needed my brakes to be done, as they were in desperate need, I took it over to Oswald and they looked over my truck and the brakes were fine. They saved me a ton of money on my wife's car when I was told that the head gasket on her car needed to be replaced, Oswald looked it over and found it to be the valve cover gasket not the head gasket saving me over $2000 in repairs. These guys are great!

My wife and two kids recently returned from a road trip up to Idaho & Montana. As we were heading north on I-15, about 20 miles south of Idaho Falls, our battery indicator light started flashing. We live in California, so we had no idea who to take the car to get it fixed. What a vulnerable feeling! Oswald Service and Repair appeared reputable based on the Yelp reviews we pulled up on our phone. When we called at about 4pm, Josh, the General Manager, explained that they were booked solidly until the end of the day, but that he would make time to take a look at the severity of our problem. True to his word, he and and one of the mechanics came out to our car, tested the battery and alternator, and found that they were both reading at healthy levels. They did not charge us AT ALL, and wished us good luck on our trip! We made it to our destination and back home without incident. It turns out that the alternator's indicator was faulty and was replaced under warranty back in California. It is so nice to know that there are still good, honest repair shops out there. Thank you, Josh, for the ethical, friendly service you provided that day!
