EDIT: I received a call and they offered to refund for the diagnostic. I really appreciate that they reached out to me. So if you do have an issue like mine (see below), they will work with you! My car would not start so we got it towed to Oswald's because even with a jump it wouldn't start. They end up running two diagnostics ($143) and told us our after market remote start was draining the battery. They couldn't remove it so they made recommendations (terrible ones by the way) where to get it removed. I get it removed (spending another $115 not where they recommended), drove to walmart to see about getting a new battery with warranty. When I tried to leave my car would not start (walmart hadn't done any work on my car at this point). Since I'm there I have walmart employees go take a look or jump start my car. Apparently there was a missing nut on one of the terminals. They added it at no charge. My car has run well since. Something as simple as a missing nut was missed and I paid a ton of money for something that might have been a non issue. They are very friendly but missing something this simple seems absurd to me. I should have just gone to walmart from the beginning apparently.
Madeline, thank you so much for your review. We are glad we were able to discuss it and work toward a resolution. We are very sorry we didn't get it taken care of correctly in the first place and we're grateful for the updated review.
