Spoke with Vicki. She said this business was very nice. It took them longer than expected to fix the problem with her vehicle so she had to leave her vehicle there over night, but they were very nice about the whole situation.

We really thought this was the end of the road for our 96 Jeep Grand Cherokee. So much so that we were out shopping for used cars this week while the car was dead in the driveway. As a last resort, we had it towed to Oswald's and yet again, they came through for us. We are grateful, loyal customers who don't hesitate to tell our friends and family. My grandmother was another loyal customer of the elder Mr. Oswald for decades. I only wish we'd listened to her sooner. Thanks so much!
