The thing is, most "service stations" do a pretty decent job. At servicing your vehicle. They can hook it up to a scanner, they can replace parts, They can change oil and flush radiators and so on and so on. And when they're done your car usually is "fixed" So what makes Oswald's so great.. oh yeah that's right!. They can diagnose what a scanner can't!! And maneuver in ingenious ways to do the best job most cost-effectively. And I guess the others can't go the extra mile too. Because these guys are the only place I've found that does.

Went over to get my coolant flushed (found some rust in it). Jake and Jesse were exceptional, they even called to remind me of my appointment the minute they opened; literally. The info they sent me after they checked up on my vehicle highlighted some issues I personally overlooked, and overall will end up saving me a ton of money on future repairs. I'll definitely be going back.

Have been looking for a great machanic in the Rexburg area for years. I recently had a problem with my car overheating. Thought I would give Oswalds a shot and was surprised by the quality and professionalism of the staff. The staff provided a detailed report of the health of the vehical with pictures describing the problem and its severity.The problem was fixed the next day and haven't had any further issues with my car. Would recommend this place to family and friends.

Called, ask about windshield wipers. They ordered me a pair and installed them, checked my tire pressure, answered all my questions about my car and I was in and out quickly. He was very friendly and even accepted my discount card which saved me $25. I love Oswalds and will take my car there for all my auto needs.
