Amazing! I walked in the door and immediately felt welcome. Tim listened with kindness to my problem and took action immediately to get it fixed. I felt genuinely cared for and my safety was their top priority. They fixed my dragging car shield in minutes. I'm so grateful for their help. My shield is better attached than it has been in years! If I could give them 10 stars I would! Thank you!!! I recommend them 100 million percent!

I maintain my vehicles myself but needed a shop for wheel alignment on my Silverado which had a 2.5 leveling kit. The alignment was done the same day and I think Oswald for that. They did a thorough inspection (which I knew most things found) but averted a radiator hose about to come off the water pump due to a loose clamp. They also found a bad thunking sound that turned out to be a wedged stone underneath. They took care of it without charge.

Josh and Kevin at Oswald's Service are amazing. I have been taking my vehicles to Oswald's for over fifteen years. They have always treated me right. They only use quality parts, only replace what is needed, they inspect the vehicle when it is in and give you a list of what needs repairing (if anything), and will let you know what is urgent vs what can wait awhile. The peace of mind I get from taking my car to Oswald's is priceless.
