When I initially called and told them the situation of my car, I had been to previous repair shops and they quoted me ridiculously high amounts, took advantage of me, and work that didn’t need to be done. So when I called Oswald’s, they offered to do a free inspection and they checked everything, quoted me, and they made my feelings and thoughts, feel valid and seen. I appreciate them very much.

Thank you for the 5-star review, Karlee! We're glad you gave our team the opportunity to help after visiting other repair shops. We appreciate your trust in us and are happy we could provide a positive experience with your vehicle. Thank you for choosing our team!

Can’t in with an emergency and got immediate attention and help to fix my vehicle so that I could get back on the road. Additionally, not only did I get my radiator hose fixed, but the engine was steam cleaned, and my windshield fluid was topped off at no extra charge…couldn’t be more happy with the fast and friendly service. :)

We're also happy the extra touches, like cleaning the engine and topping off your windshield washer fluid, made your experience even better.
