Nathan, thank you for your review. Unfortunately we aren't equipped to do every possible repair but our guys do have decades of experience that often leads to correct diagnostics. There are unscrupulous shops that might have taken advantage of doing unnecessary repairs in an effort to "find" the problem but it's our policy to the least possible and not rack up the expense for our customers. As you stated, we do have to compensate our technicians for their time just like most businesses. We sincerely do hope that balancing the tires will resolve the problem and in most cases if those types of recommendations don't solve the issue, and our customers need to bring the vehicle back, we work with them on our diagnostic time.
