Rexburg and Idaho Falls Auto Repair

Appreciate that they let me drop the vehicle off and worked it into their schedule when other appointments didn’t show or canceled. Got vehicle back and it’s working again, it had a faulty alternator. I’ll be using Oswald’s services in the future.

Got my vehicle into their Rexburg location and got the repairs completed for me, quicker than IF location. So grateful for that!!!

Very friendly and polite staff. Communication was clear and prompt. I thought it was a bit expensive for parts and labor ( based on my own experience and online research) but the service so far seems to be done correctly.

I made the a few days prior, dropped the car the evening before the appointment time . 4 hours before the appointment time they called me and what they found. I gave them the go ahead to make the repairs and they called me a half hour before the original appointment time and the repair was completed. This second time I have a vehicle to them to be repaired. Both times they easy and pleasant to work with and they have been quick to get things taken care of and done correctly at a reasonable price. I will going back anytime I need vehicle repairs.
