This was my first time getting an oil change done here and had a great experience. Front staff was super friendly, got my truck in right at my appointment time. They had a great coffee bar and beverage area. The facility was super clean. Only took them 45 minutes to do an oil change and tire rotation. Then at the end I got a link to see all the inspections they did. There they recommended what needed to be changed, showed pictures of my tire tread, and just in general how my truck was working. Best part is it didn’t break the bank to get it all done. I will definitely be going here for the rest of my oil changes and car needs.

Why do I keep giving Oswald a 5 star review? Because this is the best vehicle service I have ever found! EVER! The guys at the desk are the most professional I have ever delt with. They should write a book on customer service the right way. The mechanics always provide the repair work needed in excelant condition.

I love Oswald Service & Repair. They have been my go-to trusted car repair shop for a couple years now, first in Rexburg and now in Idaho Falls. Their customer service is superb. Josh is always so professional, friendly, and promptly helpful. I trust these guys completely. They just did an overhaul on my poor little Kia which turned into a week-and-a half project because my car was in such bad shape, but they handed it back to me in prime condition. They even vacuumed and washed my car for me. It means so much to know my vehicle is in good hands and I'm being charged a fair price so I can focus on my job and my life. Thanks Oswald! You are a top-notch crew!
