Tim was an excellent source of giving me options to have my son’s vehicle inspected, 60 point or 91 point, and never tried to persuade me to take the more expensive option. The mechanics did an excellent job of getting numerous repairs done in a timely manner. My son’s car was a mess and now it is running smoothly. Oswald’s is an excellent place to bring your vehicle. 100% satisfied.

Brought car in on a Thursday because of a coolant problem. They inspected the whole car in just over 1 hour and gave me a call explaining everything in detail and answering all my questions. The car was ready to pick up the next day way faster than expected and the bill was a little bit lower than the quote. Overall very professional and transparent. They even took me to the back of the shop to show me where the damage in the car was.

The labor charge was way out of line

Brenda, it's understandable that you feel that way. The industry has changed a lot in the last several years and our technicians are some of the best. Their training is no longer in the back yard taking apart their dad's cars. Vehicles are computers on wheels with MILES of wiring and they take a lot of smarts to figure out. We are generous in our compensation because finding excellent technicians is tough. There are some shops out there that don't charge the same, lower and higher, we're all trying to do the best we can and provide the best service. We work hard to provide our customers value for the dollar they spend. We do pride ourselves on making sure our customers know what the charge will be BEFORE we repair the vehicle so if we did not do that for you we sincerely apologize and please trust we will do better going forward.
